Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

If your order arrives with an incorrect or you receive a defective item, please fill out a contact form within 3 days of recieving your order and we will be happy to assist.


Q: Do you offer express shipping?
We do not currently offer express shipping.

Q: How much is shipping?
All orders over $100.00 ship for free, always. If you order is under $100.00, the total shipping is calculated at checkout. Free shipping is basic, ground service. We currently only offer standard shipping.

Q: Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! If you are local to the Memphis area you can choose local pickup at checkout. You will receive an email once you're order is ready for pickup.

Q: When will my order ship?
Orders are processed in the order in which they are received. All in-stock orders will ship within 48 business hours. Tracking numbers are automatically sent to the customer when the package is received by the shipping service. 

Q: What if you are out of stock on my item?
